Well you also are burning fat as well, when working out you build muscle and burn fat so its pretty hard to loose. but in your case you may be balancing it out. hopefully it should increase so good luck!

My dog had a seizure one time when he fell and hit his head and he's had like 1 or 2 since so I think hitting there head hard may cause it but after the first one it may continue for no reason they have medicine to help them my teacher had to use that cause her dog would have seizures all the time while she was at work

sometimes guys are hard to talk to about certain things...and i think that this is probably one of those things. the only thing i can really suggest is sitting him down and telling him exactly how you feel...but try telling him in a way where it involves him more than it does you. tell him that you don't think that it's right that this chick is living in a house that he bought and using cars that he bought and even spending his money! especially since they aren't even together anymore. ask him why it doesn't bother him that she does this. maybe explain that if he had his stuff back that maybe you guys could start a life together and move into the house and have money to live off of so it's not so hard supporting yourself and him. i know i would be very upset. i know i didn't really have too much to say but i do hope that when you talk to him, it goes well. good luck hun :)

okay so don't give me a lecture i know what i did was wrong... and im already in trouble with my parents but anyways here is the story- i was in Claire's with my friend and i saw these earrings, i didn't have money but i really wanted them so i took them off the cardboard holder thing and slipped them into my pocket, without my friend even noticing. They costed $10.12. Well as me and my friend were leaving nobody said anything to me, we were about 5 feet out of the store and the gay guy working at register came out holding the purple cardboard earring holder and said " can i have my earrings back?" i pulled them out of my pocket and gave them to him. and he took them and said "come with me now" so he brought us behind the counter and he said "have a seat" even tho there was no chair. so he called someone and said it very loudly into the phone almost screaming, so loudly the entire store looked over " WE HAVE A SHOPLIFTER, WHITE FEMALE, NOT CAUSING ANY PROBLEM" minutes later 2 mall cops came over standing outside the store. he took out the paper and started asking me for my name, address, age, phone number, etc. I told him my name and he screamed at me in my face again " YOUR GONNA HAVE TO SPELL THAT" so i spelled it. than he asked for a parents number, i gave him my house number, no one answered. and than he asked for a cell, i lied and told him my parents dont have cell phones and he said " well if you don't give me a number to call right this moment im going to send your and your little friends asses to jail, where you can wait til someone answers." so i gave him my moms cell and he huffed loudly and threw his arms in the air and yelled " you couldn't tell me that the first time!" so he called my mom told her what i did and she said she will be right over. as we waited a real sheiff came into the store, one of the mall cops behind him and said "okay so whats going on?" the guy said "well (pointing at me) she was the one with the merchandise and she (pointing at my friend) was with her but she said she didn't have anything and didn't know she did it, but officer i find that very hard to believe she didn't know her friend was planning stealing, which is a very serious crime." the sheiff looked at me than my friend and rolled his eyes and said "do you have somewhere more private?" the gay guy said "oh yes yes back here officer come with me." we all followed him to the back room and than my mom just walked in. she asked my friend if she could wait with my sisters outside the store, and the gay guy yelled "she is evidence and part of the crime she cannot leave!" the officer rolled his eyes again and said " she's fine, she can go." so the officer started asking me and my mom questions and toward the end my mom asked " can you not press charges? she will never come back to this store and I'll pay double or triple the price of those earrings just please don't press charges." the gay guy stood up and said "Here at claires we procsecute EVERYONE, last week my own cousin was caught shoplifting here and guess what? we prosecuted her too." so i had to sign this tresspassing form so i cannot go back into the store, and they said i would get a court date in the mail or something like that. They never arrested me or asked for ID or drivers liecence for my mom. The item was only 10.12 and they never took me to the jail. How will I be prosecuted? What will happen? also the gay guy who worked there said in the beginning me and my friend were banned from the store, but the cop never got my friends name or information and never signed the form like i did, so is she banned too? please answer thanks

I had a dream i met a flirtatious girl and she vanished?

I had a dream i was on the 2 train heading to an unknown destination.While on the train a blond white girl with black highlights who was wearing all black including black sunglasses got on the train. She started flirting with me and was very friendly. With a desire to stay in touch of her I then asked if she had a Facebook, but she said she didn't have one, then i asked for her number but she she would take mine instead because hers don't receive calls. Suddenly i believe some kind of dispute happens because she ended up having to stand up but this part is hazy to me ,maybe she got in an argument with other passengers or maybe because the train started to break down because i remember the doors being open and it started to open up in the tunnels. Then my cousin gets on the train and he sat down next to me with another passenger on the other side of him. I saw that she was still standing so i offered her my seat and i ended up standing only to find seconds later that the passenger that was sitting on the side of my cousin was gone. So now my cousin is sitting between me and the girl. But then within i blink i believe my cousin ended up on the other side which allowed me to finally sit back next to girl again. The girl and I may have talked a little more and i remember her saying she was getting off at a certain stop. But i eventually fell asleep which in that time she vanished. But when i woke up she was gone but we didn't get to the stop she said she was getting off at yet. I fell asleep again and when i woke up i ended up in the Bronx. My cousin was still there and only thing i remember him saying while we were getting off the 2 train was that JFK airport was nearby in order to fine my way back home quicker instead of getting back on the train(which know that i think of it means my destination was home) . But then he too left and i was there in the Bronx somewhere near a bridge while in some broken down buildings and platforms with two bags .And I felt so alone and lost and helpless. Not lost because i couldn't find my way back home but lost inside.

All original, above average, runs out hard and strong, a nickel sized ding on the tank, paint is great, seat is ripped but has a removeable cover "not recovered", the only non stock item is the muffler the original rusted through the bottom. Also I had to replace the crank case because I bearing blew & cracked the original 17yrs ago. It has just alittle over 10k miles, I had it parked inside for almost 12yrs, when I bought it it only had 963 miles on it. I won't be starting school until September, but I'd at least like to know ahead of time. I'll just explain to you guys a little bit about who I am. I'm tall for my age (6 foot), kinda chubby but I'm getting better with that. My grades are OK, not bad but could always be better (my average would probably be a B) and quite frankly I'm ugly. Acne is a *****, that's all I'm gonna say. I'm not really limited to one group of people, normally I'm a bit of a wanderer. However, I am very quiet. I'm one of those "only-talks-when-necessary" people. It's a mix of an obsession and a hobby, but I like music. I'm always either listening to it, or playing it (guitar is one instrument among many), and I've been told I'm good. I play most everything, but I'm best at finger-style things (I've been playing for 3 years and never used a pick before, never needed to or wanted too). My rabbit has 6 day old kits, is she allowed out of the hutch for exercise?

We found a surprise litter of 6 kits last week from our 2 female rabbits!! As soon as i found them i removed the one i thought was the buck, had him neutered that day and he is now in a separate hutch. My doe is only just 6 months old and has taken to motherhood so well she'd made a great nest, all 6 kits are gaining weight and mum is fine with me handling them once in the morning and once at night(1 kit is a bit of a wanderer so i have to keep finding it and putting it back in the nest). Every time i open the hutch she tries to come out, i take her out for cuddles but im just not sure if she'e allowed the free rein of the garden she is used to. Does she need to stay close to her kits?? Can she mix with the buck??

Is this a good way to prepare for the weekend?

I wake up every Friday morning at 7 am, then I go downstairs and gotta get my bowl, gotta get my cereal. I then walk to the bus stop where I see my friends, spend 45 minutes with "front seat back seat dilemma" and finally decide on the only seat that was available the whole time. While in the car driving to school, me and my friends start casually singing and it suddenly turns into night time where we start partying on top of the car. While doing this, I make sure to tell my so called friends all the days of the week in order like we are a disney chanel cartoon. Then we resume partying, constantly switching lanes on the highway, and drinking. When it gets close to midnight, a random pedophile starts singing about me in his car, and that is how I get pumped for the weekend. I think I am clinically depressed after repeating this routine every Friday, i party all the time when I should be doing homework and my parents don't even care. What do I do?

I finally got a break and got this girls number. I got so lucky to be able to sit with her during a test because someone else took my regular seat. After we walked out at the same time and we both walked to the computer lab. We didn't say much though and this was the first time i talked to her. I just asked her how she did on the test. I then made up an excuse to get her number. I told her i was going out of town and tht i needed her number just incase so i shouldnt be texting her tht i like her yet. If most all of the guys you go out with don't treat you well, then it is a cycle that you are caught up in. Everyone has issues, and everyone has problems. A lot of our problems are brought on by the way we lived and were treated while growing up. It sounds like you are battling with some emotional scars and unresolved issues from your family. You allow the guys to mistreat you because you are most comfortable that way because that's all you've ever known. Even though you feel hurt by their actions, it's a familiar feeling. Counseling can help you and once you understand why you tolerate abuse, you can learn to change these patterns.

I just started summer school in my college. In class, as soon as I sat on my seat the first day he smiled at me and said Hi. Then we made small talk. Then later when the professor was lecturing, he asked me silently to add him on Facebook, so I did. As soon as I approved him, he looked at my profile observantly, when I looked at him he immediately switched to another tab. Then he started updating his Facebook saying his partner in the group sucked (he posted that two seperate times), and he asked to "pleaseeeee work with him next time as his partner." On the first day when class was dismissed, he tried to wait for me, then I said bye to him because I had to ask the professor a question. He winked at me and waved bye. Also, during class he told me I can come to his workplace any time and he'll be there. In his pictures on Facebook, he seems to have a bunch of friends. The other day me and my friends went on a series of job interviews at a prestigious chain of Bed and Breakfasts known as "Milfields" all of my friends KILLED on their interviews. They were calm, they answered the questions and were ultimately given jobs. My buddy Hermes got put in charge of the nautical activities that were include with this particular B&B, including the canoe trainer. Miles was given the task of being an on field medic. Matteo was the IT guy. My time in the interview seat was finally there. I froze up. I didn't know what to do or what to say. My voice was cracking, and when the interviewer asked "what can you bring to the table?" all I could respond with was "I can be...helpful". I was told that I would be contacted within a week. It's been 2 weeks, and all of my friends got their callbacks in a matter of days. Should I learn how to be a better interviewer, and go back? Or seek out a different source of employment?

A Micra sounds like a really small car. If so they're going for fuel consumtion and I doubt they'd put higher end seats in. Need advice on my Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck?

The deck seems heavy on cards, try to thin it to around 48 or less (if you can)...you should write a description of the purpose of the deck so that we can see what your trying to do and help you out more. Um, from what i see, Sanctuary in the sky is a key card so you should run 3 of them. Right off the bat, you should take out that sakurestu armor and throw in d-prison, unless you have a reason for it. Try 7 tools of bandit instead of darkbribe (so you dont give your opponent draw power). Im assuming your dd spirit is dd sprite? This deck doesnt look like it has good search power so you should try to fix that. In all I give it a 5/10 since, again, i dont know what the concept of the deck is.

Dog Section: Dealing with dog overpopulation?

This is hardly "dealing " with their problems! This is just putting Their problems off onto someone else..Typical! They don't seem to have any problems with this kind of remedy.????. Much as I love dogs..being put down is "cake" compared to diseases, and abuses, starving and existing on the edge.. for their poor hapless lives. My 7 month old won't sleep in his crib?

I have a 7 month old baby boy, and he absolutely won't sleep in his crib. My boyfriend and I are deep sleepers, and I've always been scared to put him in his crib in another room for the fear I wouldn't hear him if he cried. So, we've kept him in his bouncy seat that lays back. Now we feel that he's way too old to keep sleeping in that thing, so we're wanting to move him to his crib, but it seems that he cries and cries when he goes in. If he's asleep when I put him in, he instantly wakes back up and starts crying. I feel horrible letting him cry it out too. Any suggestions? Thank you!

At my work place there is a single stall bathroom that is shared by both men and women. Often when I raise the seat on the toilet I notice that there is urine on the underside of the seat (NOT on the top but on the under side). This must be from the women using the toilet. How can I address people that make a mess in the bathroom?

I supervise a cleaning woman at my non profit agency. We have two bathrooms that she cleans. The bathrooms are used by about 20 women. We have no men there. At least once a week someone craps all over the seats and sometimes on the floor even. The cleaning lady gets very upset when she has to clean it. We both have an idea who it may be.. we narrowed down to two ladies. At your middle school/high school, there should be a counselor and you should go talk to that person. Don't be embarrassed, I'm 16 and went through the exact same thing at your age. You're starting to grow up and understanding what the world is and how it works. You said it has happened since you were little. It could be a bad experience (relative dying etc...) that's causing you to feel this way. I think most people have a fear of the unknown and everyone has a fear of dying at one point or another. You need to realise that there is NOTHING you can do, and that eventually, everyone does die. However, with all the new medical advancements coming out, you could honestly live to be a couple thousand years old, if not older (read up about it, they tested it on rats and it is promising). The best thing to do is follow your heart and do what you want to do. Live your life and do what you want to do, never let anyone else tell you you can't do something. And at the end of the day, when the time finally does come, you can look back and be proud of the life you lived. Is there an after life? I don't know. But if there is, it's just one other adventure to look forward to. Hope I helped ;)

Gosh, this is pretty morbid, how about both legs crushed, punctured organs, brain hemmorages, broken ribs (steering wheel crushes chest), oh burn wounds from the explosion (gotta remember that), so the fire will probably leave the character blind, the ears will probably burn off too. For the person who jumped out, how about he/she hit their head & passes out, has a broken shoulder or ankle (depending on how they land) and minor cuts/ bruising? I hope that's good.

Why can i do more on seated dumbell military press compared to standing barbell military press?

It all has to do with gravity and balance. When you're standing vs. sitting, you take energy away from the exercise and send it to your legs. That and if you're not sitting completely straight up at 90�, it's not the same angle and energy is also being used in a different way. Another reason is that when you use a barbell on a track, it's focusing energy to one specific area of muscle. When you use dumbbells, you have to create extra energy to keep the free weight in place and balance the weight you're holding, instead of the track doing it for you.

Why won't my 1993 Subaru Legacy start?

I just tried to replace my fuel filter, and could not get the hoses off for the life of me. I disconnected the negative side of the battery, and went under the passenger back seat and unplugged the plug (read it in a forum to unplug white plug and run car to depressurize). After I couldn't get the hoses off, I put the nut back on, re-plugged in the negative side of the battery, and plugged that plug back in under the passenger seat, and now the car won't even make a noise when I turn the key. I think I am depressed after starting my day like this every Friday?

Hello, from looking at the pictures my first thought is probably not. I would have a bigger concern on how close the speaker would be to the other speaker in the corner of the room. I would say you would need to at least keep 6ft. between them for your movie effects to image well. The range that the speakers produce will more than likely be mids and highs these are more directional as long as they are facing the seating they should be ok.

Akash, this poem is descriptive of the winter season, a time when the operation of the moon and stars in the sky goes on much as it does in summer months, but the earth below is transformed. I highly suggest Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. I'm afraid it's not very modern, but it's very appropriate for what you're looking for. It's quite a long story, and can be confusing, but it's not hard to stay engaged once the story's picked up, because it is seriously fantastic. One of my favorite books.

Why is Steak 'n Shake so popular in the east coast?

I don't get it. I live in central florida, and I've been to several steak 'n shakes. Every one of them had mediocre to bad service. The waiters/waitresses wouldn't seat you for like 5 minutes or more even when there are booths/tables open. They are too busy running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I know they can be busy, but its so unorganized. It's like they don't know what they're doing. And they are such a pigsty at times, with messy booths/tables not cleaned yet. I'm trying to put together a thematic unit centered on ships and need more books for my literature list. Fiction books don't need to be about ships, but I would prefer that a significant amount of the book is spent on a ship - enough that readers get a good sampling of nautical terms. I was reading 'Safe Haven' after I checked it out from the library and it was due back so I had to return it. I wanted to renew it but the waiting list was so long that I had to return it. What do primitive civilizations think of satellites?

Recently I've gotten into satellite watching. It's amazing that we can see an object in space from the ground. For anyone who hasn't seen one it looks like a fast moving star. Lately I've been wondering what primitive people thought of these "moving starts". Is it possible that they have they have been incorporating them into their culture similar to how our ancestors integrated the "wanderers" (planets) into theirs? I went to the supermarket got me a bottle of olive oil on my trip back home bottle cracked and spilled all its content on the car seat. How do I get rid of the oil that has soaked the entire sponge in my car seat without replacing my whole seat? I am going to get my license, but do you need a vehicle that has the parking brake in between the passenger and driver seats? or can it be down under the steering wheel, like in a truck. If you also remember, whenever at a stop sign you should be able to see the sign through you windshield, not next to it. so the fact that you felt you were in the intersection probably means you "ran" the light.

Is there danger in neutering 13 year old lab?

I have a 13 year old male lab with me since he was a puppy. He has gotten very grumpy, growling randomly at all of us, and fighting with my daughters dog (a male not neutered yet) even though they were best friends. We would like to get both dogs neutered but I am worried about the lab having a hard time with the procedure. Would it be ok for a dog at his age to be neutered? What are the risks? He is in very good shape for his age. I take him to the beach all the time, he has Obsessive Compulsive Ball Behavior, always has and I swear he would try to swim to Hawaii from San Francisco beaches to get that ball. It is quite hilarious. He acts like a puppy but I can tell he will get sore from his running around and sleep and be real lazy and grumpy for a couple of days after. He is still a wanderer if he gets a chance to sneak out and I worry about him (the neighbors will always call since my phone number is on his dog tags). Would it help him if he was neutered?

Im confused in Stephanie Meyer's book The Host?

The first chapters are confusing, but the book gets much, much better as it goes along. The aliens call themselves "souls" and in their natural form are 3" long silver bodies shaped like ribbons with hundreds of hairlike limbs called "attachments" which they stretch out to attach themselves to the brain and nerve centers of the host they occupy. The story begins with a "soul" called Wanderer being inserted into the body of Melanie, a human. We share Wanderer's memories of past planets, like the See-Weeds, just to show how different they were from earth. Wanderer is trying to get rid of Mel's consciousness and voice inside her head, because she shouldn't have stayed in her body. I don't know someone's address to serve them small claims court papers. The reason is they moved from my house and I don't know where they are. My house is their last known address. Can I serve them at their place of work? and if so will the court still require them to have a physical address? The thing is they are sort of a wanderer going from place to place.

I just dislocated my knee HELP!?

okay in 14 and a boy (6ft. and about 150lbs. if that makes any difference) and about an hour and a half ago i was in at the movies and my dad wanted me to switch seats with my little brother so i tried to sqweez through the row and i went to sit down and my foot didn't move with the rest of my body and my knee cap moved to the right of the socket it was obviously dislocated because the knee cap was almost to the side of my leg in a panic i stood up and then feel to the ground so i put all the weight on my other leg but as soon as i straightened out the dislocated leg it went back in to place i went in the hall area of the theater with my dad my leg hurt alot but he got me some ice and we went home i haven't put any pressure on it and ive been icing it ever since and the pain has gone down a lot do still have to see a doctor?

I know they are the same person, just writing different genres. But what are the differences? I think I've heard that Nora Roberts is more romantic, and JD Robb is more action/mystery. Is that right? Question about Fallout 3?

This is part of Broken Steel, which changes the ending of the game so that it continues on, and allows people to continue after the end of the game, which isn't possible in Fallout 3 without Broken Steel (unless using mods on the PC version of the game).

Put simply it means that you've got from18.47 to 19.58 to get from Waterloo to Liverpool Street. There are several routes you can take - e/g Waterloo to Bank then Central line to L/Street OR Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus thence that Central line again - a lot could depend on if there are any delays on the tube, but all being well you've got plenty of time to make the journey - even by bus if necessary!

Arthritis in a dog's hips.?

Does anyone know (I know there aren't any Vet's here), how to tell the very First signs of arthritis in a dog's hips? The Vet said the dog does not have arthritis, but I disagree, (no X-rays were taken, just manipulation of the legs), as I watch how she walks and gets up daily, compared to when she was younger. The Vet says it is just because she is 12 yrs. old, and stiff. Does anyone know, in any way, if she is 'stiff' or 'arthritic'? One day after a bit of a long ride where she was laying on the back seat in the Van, she got up to go outside, and wouldn't put one foot on the ground. Just her toes. After walking her slowly, a bit, she still didn't want to put full pressure on one hind leg, just the toes, again. After a walk, if she were stiff like Vet says, I would think the stiffness would be walked out of her. Any informative opinions?

03 Jetta TDI randomly locks?

I just bought this car a few months ago and I noticed that it will randomly lock (and activate the alarm). The car will lock when I am sitting in it with the keys sitting on the passenger side seat and sometimes when I have them in the ignition. It will also lock when I am standing next to it holding the keys.. Pretty much whenever it wants to I think. I also noticed when I close the trunk 2 or 3 seconds after the car will SOMETIMES lock but all of this does NOT happen every time, hence it is random.. Also about once a week or so when I turn my key on the alarm will go off for a split second then end. This usually scares the **** outta me by the way and causes unwanted attention. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I only have one key for the car and I’m afraid it will get locked in!

Me and my friends (Nicholas, Jamie, and Vanessa). we hang out all the time(Jamie's a guy, btw.). There's this girl she's a slut and flirts with all of the boys and Jamie used to like her but he got over her cause he saw what a slut she was. And Nicholas just moved her but we really get along with him now and we consider him like a part of the group. Anyway, the girls name is Vivian. When she met Nicholas she would do anything to flirt with him. She would drop things on purpose and bend down in a way so he could like check out her butt and stuff. When she left the guys started making fun of her. Then the next day I went to Nicholas and Jamie's (we're all neighbors). And Vivian was there. I talked to Nicholas and asked him if he liked her and he's like, "No, she's so immature and annoying. And she's a hoe so no I don't like her". But I get there and it kind of seemed like he was ignoring me to talk to Vivian. When she leaves he talks to me like nothing happened but I did kind of notice that he was all up of her laughing and having a great time. Do you think he does like her? I kind of got hurt. 4 month old naps in her car seat?

I was just wondering if anyone else has a baby who will EASILY fall asleep in their car seat, but will fight naps everywhere else? I've tried her swing, her crib, her Pack-N-Play, and her bouncie- But she'll fight her naps like crazy. In the car seat, she just relaxes and goes to sleep. I don't even have to rock it. She still only naps for an hour or so (even when she naps on/with me, she'll only sleep an hour max. Never really been a napper, but she has been sleeping thru the night since 2 months w/ no cereal. However now she IS on cereal), but her Dr says that's fine because of how curious and observant she is. Anyways- Does anyone else have a baby who falls asleep in the car seat when it's not even IN the car? Lol.
