Dog Section: Dealing with dog overpopulation?

This is hardly "dealing " with their problems! This is just putting Their problems off onto someone else..Typical! They don't seem to have any problems with this kind of remedy.????. Much as I love dogs..being put down is "cake" compared to diseases, and abuses, starving and existing on the edge.. for their poor hapless lives. The average person there , if they could I'm sure , would try to help those dogs, but they are trying to survive themselves.
