Would fallout 3 be a good movie if a director made it actually related to the ppl who have played it?

Honestly, I watched my brother play it a LOT, from start to finish and I think it would make an AWESOME movie. I was entertained by just watching him play it!!!! I would definitly buy a ticket to go see a movie based off of it...
