What would you pay for a 2002 Chevy Impala?

I have a 2002 Chevy Impala with 126000 miles on it. it just had new front brakes put in all leather seats fully loaded and has been up kept with maintenance. i think of selling it for about 5,000 or i wanted to trade it in towards a new care how much do you think i could get.
