I have a question about naming a baby...?

My husband has a cousin named Nicholas and I named one of my sons Nicholas not knowing anything about this cousin beforehand. Now, I'm having my first and last little girl and I want to name her Lauren but my husbands first cousin is named Lauren as well. Is it wrong, inappropriate or odd to do so anyway?
