Which Ivy League Colleges/Universities, if any, offer a optometry/pre-optometry/ophtha… program?

I have finally reached my junior year and am beginning to look at colleges. I want to be an ophthalmologist (being an M.D. specialized in eye in vision care.) I do not want to be an optometrist (an O.D.). The thing is I am having the hardest time finding ophthalmology. I really, really, really want to attend an Ivy league but do any offer courses for future ophthalmologists? If not what colleges in the Pennsylvania/New York/Maryland/etc. area offer something like this (ANY Ivy league from ANYWHERE preferred). Please, PLEASE, please help. Sincerely a lost wanderer trying to make the right choices about their future and rest of their lives. (:
